ksx8 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

To register and maintain an active account on ksx8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all players regardless of game type, deposit amount, or intended use of the platform.
• You must be a natural person. Registrations by corporations, trusts, partnerships, or other legal entities are not permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must not be self-excluded from ksx8 or any other gambling platform under an active exclusion agreement.

ksx8 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Users who misrepresent their eligibility — including their age — will forfeit any balance held in their account, subject to applicable refund obligations under these Terms.

Each eligible player may hold one (1) ksx8 account only. Creating duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of bonuses received.

During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. ksx8 may reject registration applications or suspend accounts where information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share account credentials with any other person. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ksx8 immediately at [email protected].

ksx8 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account approval does not constitute a guarantee of eligibility; ksx8 may request further verification at any time.

ksx8 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming obligations and fraud prevention requirements. All players must complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed.

Accepted identity documents include:

• National Identity Card (NID) — issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid Passport — with photograph page clearly visible

ksx8 does not accept deposits in cryptocurrencies, foreign currencies other than BDT (Bangladeshi Taka), or cash. All balances are held and displayed in BDT (৳). Currency conversion is not offered on the platform.

Withdrawals may only be requested once identity verification (KYC) has been successfully completed. ksx8 processes withdrawal requests to verified accounts as follows:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to account tier and limits communicated in your account dashboard
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests to verified bKash and Nagad accounts are typically processed within 2 hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take 1–3 business days.

Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method for withdrawals. ksx8 reserves the right to redirect withdrawals to an alternative verified method in circumstances where the original method does not support outbound transfers.

ksx8 may delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of enhanced due diligence, where the account has active bonus wagering requirements, or where fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected. In such cases ksx8 will notify the player by email within 48 hours of placing the hold.

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all ksx8 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to verified players only. Accounts with pending KYC cannot claim promotional offers.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address unless expressly stated otherwise.

• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account by a third party

ksx8's total aggregate liability to any player arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ksx8's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

ksx8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which ksx8 operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the ksx8 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
